Hey! I'm Kay. I work as a Self Love + Mindset Coach, Social Media & Business Consultant and Blogger.
I share the reality of mental health and chronic illness recovery, the ups and downs of it. I also share the things that have been helping me on my journey and how I've been learning to prioritise my (mental) health more through different things, like social media breaks, meditation, journaling and so much more.
