Every Day is a Mental Health Day

Every Day is a Mental Health Day

Every day is a mental health day.

For the majority of people, awareness days are incredible opportunities to speak about topics they wouldn’t usually. And it’s always so powerful seeing more people open up, especially on those subjects that can be so hard to talk about.

But of course, the reality of mental health is that it’s always important, not just during awareness days.

I feel so privileged to be able to talk about mental health on pretty much a daily basis as part of my job.

I’m so grateful for being able to use my voice to spread awareness, to talk about the things I was never ‘supposed’ to talk about, and to share my woulds and traumas with thousands of people as a reminder that we are never alone on this journey.

We all have mental health and we need to remember that it’s just as important as our physical health. 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year. If it’s not you, you most likely know someone who has experienced one.

That’s why there really should be no shame or stigma in talking about mental health!

Can you take a moment each day to check in with your mind and be kinder to it?

I have decided to put this new tee design (worn in the photo above) on my shop. The Make Your Mental Health a Priority tee can be used as a great mental health conversation starter or just as an incredibly important reminder for ourselves.

It is of course ethically made from 100% organic cotton and printed in the UK in a renewable energy powered factory. It’s available in white, yellow, grey, and blue.
